This residence has been completely renovated with a custom design, characterized by fine wood furnishings that give it a timeless elegance.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building, accessible by elevator.

The 2 Suites (double bedroom) are equipped, the first with a King-Size bed and the second with a Queen-Size bed.
Both independent from the living room, with a private full bathroom, ensuring excellent privacy from the rest of the family or friends.

The living room, which represents the heart of the apartment is a real gem, very bright and elegant.

There is a balcony with a view of the tower of the Quirinale Palace, the residence of the President of the Republic.

Thanks to a 55'' Samsung Smart TV with Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube etc.. you can spend an evening dedicated to entertainment.

There are 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower cabin and walk-in shower with fine finishes, sanitary ware and Premium courtesy kit with Shampoo and Shower Gel.
